Clay has a variety of uses throughout the ages. Clay is used to construct buildings in every age, by the Potter to make Pottery, as an alternative to Paper in buildings that require it, and to make Bricks.
After researching Underground mining Clay becomes easier to gather by building the claypit Annex in the Clay exploitation building.
