Leadership is a State Power Policy. It becomes available after researching the Leadership Knowledge.
Enacting the Leadership policy is a major milestone in the game and is invaluable for expanding beyond your original city after researching Agriculture.
Leadership offers the following bonuses:
Effects of Leadership
- +60 State power
- +100 Capital Administration
- +1 Leader Superiority
- +1 Capital Leaders
- Enables Leader's Personal Contribution.
Note: Leader superiority increases legitimacy based on the leader's wealth.
