Leadership is a Power Policy. It is a replacement for the policy Band Society and becomes available after researching the Leadership Knowledge.
To enable this policy, you must have the Chief's Hut building in your capital.
Enacting the Leadership policy is a major milestone in the game and is invaluable for expanding beyond your original city after researching Agriculture.
Policy Effects
- +20 State power
- +10 Leader Superiority
- +1 Importance of Oligarchy
- +1 Leader
- +3 Capital Oligarchs
Note: Leader superiority increases legitimacy based on the leader's wealth.
