Nations can be either an individual State (player) or a group of States organized in a hierarchy of subordinates serving under a unique Nation leader.
The game victory is Nation based: the first Nation to reach 1000 Victory Points is declared the winner. The leaders of the top 5 Nations in terms of Victory Points are subject to forced-rivalry.
A Nation always has a unique leader but may include multiple ranks below him whose properties are controlled by the Nation Leader.
Players join other player's Nations through diplomatic Treaties.
Nation effects[ | ]
Nation members automatically share a state of trading-agreement and right-of-passage.
Nation members also form an automatic defensive-pact between all members regardless of their hierarchical relations: any attack on a Nation member trigger the automatic entry of all Nation members in the war as allied co-belligerents.
Nation members contribute to the total score and Victory Points of their Nation.
