Postal Office

The Postal Office is a Building that becomes avaialbe once the Knowledge Postal Service is unlocked.

Once implemented, the building will take Paper and Horses and produce the resource Postage. Currently, it produces the resource (which currently doesn't do anything), along with Leather as a byproduct.
