The Potter is an early-settlement production building for the Pottery resource, which satisfies the Tier 2 population need for Furnishings and becomes an important industrial input for Tier 3 Alcohol production in later eras.

Each level upgrade for the Potter increases its base efficiency, allowing for a higher volume of production per building (at the same cost per unit). Due to the high Wood consumption for this production, advancing to Charcoal or Coke fuel sources is strongly recommended once they become available.
