Changes: Scale armors

Scale Armors are a Bronze Age Resource used to train certain units. They are unlocked by researching the Scale armor Knowledge.

Scale armour consists of metal overlapping scales affixed to each other and to a cloth or leather underlayer.

Scale Armors are produced by the Weapon maker and require Leather, and either Bronze, Iron, and Steel.
