Shovels are a Resource and the main tool of the Bronze Age. They become available after researching the Bronze working Knowledge.

A Shovel is a tool with a broad, flat head, used to cut and move earth. Shovels are used for constructing Buildings in the Bronze Age and beyond. They are also to raise and lower terrain in the process of Terraforming.

Shovels are produced by the Tool maker and require Bronze, Iron, or Steel.
